Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.

Prior to shipping the items, our staff will carry out an extensive inspection of the items you purchased. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3-7 days.

Returns

We don't manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. Stocks can be changed at any moment. Be aware that your order could become unfulfilled once you've placed your order.

The period of time is 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.

You are able to return a product when it's unopened and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
